During culinary classes on 09.05 and 11.05 the children prepared Wafer with coconut mass and butterscotch. After learning the rules of kitchen work, the children washed their hands, put on aprons and started working. The first task of the children was to make the coconut milk into a stiff mass with desiccated coconut. Then the children spread the first wafer with butterscotch, the second one with coconut mass and cover with the third wafer. At the end of the class, everyone could try their work.
